As the election comes barreling towards us, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, shocked, and disheartened, or it could lead to joy and the feeling of success. No matter what the result, our election process is a lot.
The Center on Colfax is opening its doors the day following the election to meet our community where it's at. No matter which direction the vote falls, we are here for you.
The day will be full of ways to process the known election outcomes. We will host Seated Yoga at 10:30 AM, provide meditation opportunities throughout the day, and staff will be on hand to help you process results. Regardless of your activity preferences, you can simply show up and be surrounded by your supportive community.
