Bree Fram is an American astronautical engineer, author, speaker, public policy expert, and retired U.S. Space Force colonel. She served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force and Space Force, becoming the first openly transgender woman promoted to colonel and the highest-ranking transgender officer in the U.S. Armed Forces.
