I help queer couples and families strengthen their connections and navigate the challenges of relationships with greater understanding and confidence. Together, we can work on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering deeper intimacy. My goal is to support you in building healthier dynamics and creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I help queer individuals manage symptoms of anxiety and depression so that they can re-engage in the areas of life that matter most to them.
