Hello, I'm Peter, and I'm here to help you improve your relationship with yourself and those you love. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ concerns, addressing specific phobias, and processing traumatic experiences. I help clients affirm their values and realize their personal vision and goals. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker. My approach is grounded several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I integrate yoga and meditation into sessions when indicated, drawing on 20 years of experience.
In our sessions, we will work together to understand the scope of your challenges and develop skillful ways to address them. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, or navigating transitions or relationships I look forward to helping you attain greater peace and contentment, have more fun, and enjoy fulfilling relationships with others.
