Hi there!
I offer individual, relationship, and group mental health therapy. I love working with LGBTQ+ folx, sex workers, mystics, and people in relationships of all styles. I also support BIPOC experiences, psychedelic use, and all spiritual backgrounds. I specialize in sexual trauma recovery and healing insecure attachment styles. My therapeutic style often includes somatic, mindfulness/contemplative, art, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) with some Internal Family Systems (IFS). Clients describe sitting with me as grounding, calming, emotionally safe, and insightful. I have a lovely office in Wheat Ridge with lots of sunlight and overlooks a running stream. I offer online therapy as well.
I run a bi-weekly sexual trauma support group that incorporates creative healing practices, story sharing, community support, psycho-education on trauma, and group trips.
