As a part of our shared human experience we often encounter problems, challenges, or difficult choices that may seem beyond our ability to cope. When left unaddressed such challenges may affect our ability to live happy, fulfilling, and productive lives. The result is often emotional suffering If you are experiencing such difficulties, you are not alone. Such times are a natural part of the human experience. As a psychotherapist, I work together with my clients to identify, understand, and find resolution to such difficulties. My goal as a clinician is to assist my clients in living happy, productive and authentic lives. I employ clinically validated methodologies in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. My clinical work is anchored in the tenets of "Client Centered Counseling." This overriding approach is built around the concepts of free will, unconditional positive regard, and genuine empathy for what the client is experiencing. Although I employ a variety of clinically validated techniques all of my work is scaffolded upon these basic tenets. As you explore my website please be aware that it is a work in progress. In the upcoming months content will be added and revisions will be made. For now, please feel free to explore my site and thank you for visiting.
