Preparing a home for the market is one of the qualities in which Jen excels. She loves finding out the history of a home so that she can highlight it and draw buyers to the property. Jen understands that finding her clients their dream home may not happen instantly. She prefers to show her clients as many homes as it takes for them to walk in the door and say, "This is the one!"
Today's market isn't easy, and Jen is the perfect agent to roll with the punches. With her extensive knowledge of writing competitive offers as well as being a tough negotiator, Jen endlessly advocates for her clients so that they acquire their dream house. Not only that, but she works hard to explain each step of the Real Estate Transaction to her clients start to finish so that they always feel comfortable and informed. Jen lives in North Denver and in her spare time she enjoys taking her family on adventures around Colorado, having a nice glass of wine on the porch with her wife, and spending time with her daughter and son.
