I know that life's challenges can often get in our way causing us to get stuck in our relationships, our jobs, our choices, and even our own heads. I am a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and provide talk therapy to adults. My focus is to better understand how we can stay with ourselves in times of hardship. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relational issues, struggles with body image/ size bias, and self-acceptance.
