West of 50 community members are invited to take our 2025 needs assessment. The purpose of this survey is to help us better understand the experiences, needs, and priorities of our community members. This survey will help guide the development of responsive, relevant, and accessible programming and support, and your feedback will help shape future offerings and ensure they reflect the community’s priorities.

This weekly group supports queer men through conversation and friendship, held over delicious coffee and pastries.
This discussion group focuses on dismantling sexual misconceptions and introducing evidence-based topics to help older adults engage in their best sex-positive selves.
A certified Silver Sneakers® instructor will lead participants through a complete series of chair assisted yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
Push'n Pansies is a brave space for individuals to come together and discuss the end of life, learn about resources, and discover the strength to normalize aging and death.
Join us for West of 50's drop-in art group! This program is free to attend - the only thing you need to bring is yourself and a creative mind.
Meeting participants where they are at with their bodies, each session of this class introduces breathing technique, stretching, and healthy movement strategies.
This workshop will use a variety of mindfulness exercises and expressive arts-based activities to promote relaxation, self-compassion, emotional self-awareness and mental well-being.
This playwriting group is a supportive space that will nurture the writer's growth by providing historical references, educational perspectives, and constructive feedback.
Join us at Civic Center Park for a summer lunch together! Civic Center EATS is the beloved weekly Denver tradition that brings together dozens of food trucks to offer attendees a diverse dining experience.
Living in Colorado means more sunshine and more skin health risks, especially at higher altitudes. This interactive presentation explores the serious impact of UV exposure, the importance of sun protection as we age, how to choose an effective sunscreen, and how visibility, access, and representation play a role in our health.
