Join Queer Asterisk for this summer’s Sunset Gatherings! Relax in the park with queer community, make new friends and enjoy FREE AcuDetox (ear acupuncture and acupressure) healing sessions with our community partner Third Eye Acupuncture.
Drop in! Bring your amazing self, blankets or chairs, and your people! Light allergen sensitive refreshments provided. All ages, family friendly, and sober event for anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community. Donations gladly accepted.
It may be helpful to plan extra time for parking to get to Cheesman location. At Cheesman, find us near the rose garden just N. of the pavilion. Look for our Queer Asterisk flag to find us!
Accessibility: Masks optional; please take care of yourself and the community by staying home if you’re sick. Cheesman has limited accessible parking, and you may need to walk/roll a distance on a paved path to the gathering spot. Parks have slightly varied, grassy terrain, but we will be set up on a flat surface at both parks. At Cheesman, find us near the rose garden just N. of the pavilion. If you need assistance getting there, please reach out ahead of time so we can support you in attending!
