2023 Annual Report

RANGE Consulting – is advancing equity in all spaces where LGBTQ+ people work and live through Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) cultural humility workshops, consulting, workforce development, and partnerships. A total of 54 trainings were provided in 2023, reaching 2,120 individuals. RANGE held its second annual Business Awards event and its first job fair event which hosted 58 exhibitors and had 220 attendees. RANGE also launched its business partner program, with nine business partners signing on in 2023 and launched the job board to promote LGBTQ+ affirming jobs statewide.
