Range Education is a program of The Center on Colfax, providing a range of comprehensive training and consulting services on IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility) strategies, with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ best practices within the private, nonprofit, and government sectors throughout Colorado and beyond. In addition to putting on the Range LGBTQ+ Job Fair, Range Education also offers the Range Business Partner Program and the Range Resource Roundup Newsletter.
