As the founder of Topcruit Staffing Firm, Alexander Leigh uncovered the need to not only provide businesses with valuable staffing solutions, but also bridge the gap between the LGBTQ+ community and the corporate world. During his career, Alex witnessed discrimination, unfair treatment and members of the LGBTQ+ community displaced due to ‘not being a culture fit.’ Alex is passionate about finding a solution for his clients and believes each individual deserves an equal opportunity to succeed.
