I am passionate about creating a space for radical self-compassion and healing. My training in contemplative therapy means that I firmly believe that each individual possesses the inherent wisdom to heal from pain. I have a strong desire to help clients navigate webs of power, privilege, and oppression. I work to create an environment of radical inclusivity for clients of all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, faiths, sizes, and lifestyles and I am a kink and poly aware therapist. I have particular interest and experience working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community and with folks practicing non-traditional relationship structures. I identify as nonbinary and my pronouns are they, them, theirs.
