St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, located in downtown Denver, Colorado, is surrounded by economic and ethnic diversity. Our members come from all across the Denver metropolitan area to be a part of this unique community that values Anglo-Catholic liturgical practice, beautiful devotional music, inclusiveness, and engagement with the world beyond our doors. Our congregation is made up of strong, open-minded individuals who are passionate about our identity and dreams for the future – to grow in diversity, evangelism, outreach, Christian education, and our commitment to families – while maintaining the traditions on which St. Andrew’s was built. We come from diverse religious backgrounds. The majority of us are not cradle Episcopalians. We are a destination church – few of us come from the surrounding neighborhood. A significant number of retired clergy worship here. Our liturgy and music are very important to us. We love our historic building and have worked diligently with the State Historical Fund over the last five years to repair and maintain it. We have a large number of families with young children.
