I believe in existing in the present moment as much as possible, self-advocacy, and joy. I am passionate about building resilience and being creative. My care is individualized according to your needs and goals. I am intentional about my own self-care by spending time with my loved ones and participating in adventures that include travel and trying new things which push me to go beyond my perceived abilities.
