Welcome! I am a queer human and therapist practicing in Denver, Colorado. I am so glad your journey to therapy has led you here.
Sometimes just being you is stressful. Queer folks have a lot weighing on them these days. It can be difficult to find the firm ground you need. So here you are, taking the first step. Whether it’s you or your teen, our work together will focus on those places you find yourself stuck, and finding joy among the chaos. Together we’ll explore your values, and find ways for you to get tuned into what matters the most to you.
A big passion for me is working with Queer communities. Supporting LGBTQIA+ folks in finding their own inner source of authenticity and power is a passion and honor. Together, we will talk about how to step out of your comfort zone, while also taking good care of yourself.
