I use a collaborative approach to create a safe and empowering environment where individuals can heal and grow. I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health concerns across diverse populations and primarily work with adults individually. My areas of specialty include working with queer and trans folks (LGBTQ+), empowering those healing from trauma, and supporting folks navigating through grief and loss.

Whatever brings you to therapy, know that healing and joy are possible. I take a holistic approach to well-being – helping to identify where healing is needed, highlighting your strengths, and cultivating a non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques, centered in a social justice approach. I believe that you are an expert on your own life and experiences, and by approaching the therapeutic process collaboratively while acknowledging larger systemic/environmental/cultural factors, we can work together to find a path to healing.
