Hello and welcome,
I currently have openings for morning, evening, and weekend therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or facing significant challenges like suicidality, I’m here to help. I'm also trained in CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality), offering a compassionate and structured approach to working through suicidal thoughts.
I became a relationship and family therapist after struggling to find professionals who truly understood my complex intersectional identities. As an ally and member of the LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and kink communities, I create an affirming space for all. My unique approach empowers you to externalize restrictive labels and re-author your personal and relational stories for greater freedom.
I especially enjoy working with older adults, those facing chronic illness, people in alternative relationships, and those experiencing suicidality. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where your voice leads the way.
I offer free consultations to see if we’re a good fit, with a limited number of sliding scale slots available. Please reach out today to schedule a consultation and explore how I can best support you.
