Map Your Care provides telehealth and in-home counseling, focusing on themes of illness (including new diagnosis, cancer survivorship, advanced illness/end of life), grief/loss, aging and life transitions, and adjusting to increased physical and cognitive challenges. MYC is owned and operated by an LGBTQ+ identifying therapist with experiencing in guiding other LBGTQ+ folks through the healthcare system, aging, and end of life.
