Are you facing challenges negotiating your relationship(s)? Is your sense of connection less satisfying than you know it can be? I have helped many couples and partners become closer, happier, and more fulfilled. Whether your partnership is monogamous, open, kinky, or more traditional, I'd love to help you uncover your unique path to fulfillment.

In addition to working with couples and partners, I help individuals resolve past traumas with skills-building groups (where we cover distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills), and somatically-based therapy (where we use the innate wisdom of the body to release stuck traumatic responses).

Please visit my website for more information. While there, you can schedule a free initial consultation to see if we are a good fit for working together.

I look forward to joining you on your journey to greater health and fulfillment!

*NOTE: I am seeing clients via telehealth only at this time.*
