At Heartstrings wee are about helping you create your own heartstrings to self, others and the world around you. We believe that by truly knowing and accepting ourselves and taking back our power, we rediscover our purpose and find peace in being. We are passionate about helping facilitate healing to adults and adolescents who experienced trauma or loss, are going through a life transition and need support on their journey to a more balanced and happy life they truly deserve. We are passionate about supporting those who identify as members of LGBTQ+ community or those desiring to do more exploration around their identity. While guided by an Existential approach we utilize experiential therapies of Expressive Arts, Body Centered Psychotherapy and trauma focused EMDR. We combine creative arts, play therapy, sandplay, music, writing/journaling and other creative mediums to foster deep personal growth and access to your inner resources for healing & clarity on your path.
