I value being a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and a touch of fun to our sessions! I believe in connecting on a human level, ensuring our conversations are meaningful and relatable, rather than mechanical or impersonal. My down-to-earth approach fosters a comfortable environment where you can genuinely explore, heal, and grow. When you feel safe and understood, it creates a nurturing environment where healing and growth can truly take place.
I specialize with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma (from past or present, as well as ). I work a lot with individuals who are experiencing anger, shame, or have difficulty connecting to their emotions (i.e. numbness). I see youth ages 16+, young adults, adults, and couples. I have a strong understanding with the LGBTQIA+ community as I am apart of the community myself! While I do not take insurance currently, please contact me and we can work together to see what we can do!
