You are not broken and you deserve a safe space to explore who you are. I believe that people are beautiful for their differences. I want to support you in embracing your unique characteristics that make you amazing. I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, identity issues and life transitions that contribute to these feelings. I am now offering EMDR telehealth sessions !I best support my clients by providing them with a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore and grow. I help clients to create lasting change. Most importantly, I strive to ensure my clients experience compassion and don’t feel alone on their journey. I work from a client centered, strength-based and cognitive based place to help clients accomplish goals.
