I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor and have hundreds of hours of training in supporting clients who are LGBTQ+. You won't have to educate or worry about judgment because I believe sexuality is expansive and unique to each person. I believe all relationship structures are valid and emphasize communication skills, self-discovery and advocate for genuine pleasure. As someone with lived experience as a bisexual woman, I love to help clients queer their sex, work through guilt and people pleasing to quiet the internalized biphobia or homophobia and live/love more deeply. I bring an upbeat presence for therapy that is collaborative and conversational -- clients are always surprised how easy it is to share with me after worrying I am "just one of those therapists that smiles and nods."
