I offer online therapy to anyone located in Colorado and in-person therapy in the highlands neighborhood of Denver.

Hi, I'm Brittany! As a bisexual therapist, I am committed to supporting the 2SLGBTQ+ community, especially those who are struggling with anxiety, stress, and the impact of trauma. I understand the unique challenges that many individuals in the community face, from navigating identity and societal expectations to healing from past hurts. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where you can explore your feelings, heal from past trauma, and work towards living a life that is aligned with your authentic self.

I specialize in helping individuals who have experienced religious and childhood trauma and how these experiences can shape your mental health and sense of self. Whether you are grappling with internalized shame, guilt, or fear stemming from early life experiences, or dealing with the emotional weight of growing up in a faith or environment that did not fully accept you, I am here to help you process these challenges in a way that is healing and empowering.
