I am an expert in working with the following communities: LGBTQ+, Transgender and Gender-Diverse, Military/Veterans and vulnerable/marginalized populations with lived experiences. And I am a strong believer that LOVE unites us all.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy. I cater my approach to the makeup of people in the relationship unit or an individual. I offer psychotherapy that includes a mutually-developed treatment plan with clear goals and objectives.
I specialize in relationships, including couples, throuples, muples and ethical non-monogamy. I also enjoy helping people through individual sessions with a focus on Radical Love.
