As a licensed therapist and mental health advocate, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. As the founder of PCS Therapy, my mission is to provide compassionate, confidential counseling that supports people through life’s challenges, trauma, and transitions. I provide telehealth sessions, offering support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, coming out, personal growth, transitioning, trauma, substance abuse, and more. Services include EMDR trauma therapy (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing - see website for more information), solution-focused counseling, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. All sessions are offered remotely. Clients have reported feeling safe, heard, and helped when working with Annie Butler. I would be honored to help support you in your journey.
