Hi there! I offer my services to MEN and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals ages 18+ who would like to work on current mental health issues or concerns in their lives, past experiences that feel painful or traumatic, who want to explore their individuality, their values, their purpose, their connection with life, and who want to grow as human beings.
I offer several modalities through my practice: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Grief & Loss, Self Growth and Development, Men's Issues, and working with LGBTQIA2S+ communities.
