The mission of Liver Health Connection is to promote liver health, provide education, and to support and advocate on behalf of those affected by liver diseases. Liver Health Connection focuses on providing education on Viral Hepatitis, primarily Hep C along with HIV, harm reduction and STI in community settings, Hepatitis C and HIV testing in outreach settings, and linkage to care for individuals in need of Hepatitis related care. We also serve as a source of expertise for AIDS Services Organizations and other nonprofits, and offer training to physicians and others on the treatment of Hepatitis C.
