Are you stressed about social and political changes you hear about?

Do you find yourself excessively worrying about the cultural climate?

Do you find yourself feeling hopeless in response to what you see in news or social media?

Led by licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Alex Ertl, the purpose of this group is to create a space where people (adults 18+) can give and receive support for distress they experience in response to cultural and political changes happening locally, nationally, and globally.    

  • When: Thursdays, 5:15-6:30 p.m. MST starting June 19, 2025
  • Frequency: Meets weekly for 6 weeks
  • Where: 100% virtual for participants in over 40 states
  • Cost$75/group; $450 for 6-weeks*

*Payment is required to hold your spot in the group. Payment plans are available, but participants will be responsible for 6 continuous weeks of sessions regardless of attendance.
