Stories of Pride: A Queer Film Making Intensive
Love writing, videography, acting, storytelling, and overall filmmaking? The Center on Colfax, DPL Teen Library, and SeriesFest invite you to our week long queer film making intensive where you will collaborate with industry professionals to learn the fundamentals of filmmaking (preproduction, production, and post-production) and create original short films!
We provide industry professional instructors, equipment, and curriculum so that you get the hands-on experience and skills needed to start as a filmmaker. Each student will have the opportunity to assume different roles within filmmaking and create a pride-centered film telling queer stories. All experiences are welcome.
The program will culminate with a red carpet screening to celebrate your cinematic creation on Sunday, June 15. For more information and to have friends and family RSVP, please click here.
Please note that there are 20 slots available for this program. Register soon to secure your place!
