Below is what I am thinking for the event

Join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly guided meditation and body scan for LGBTQ+ community members. This session is designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with the body, and practice presence in a supportive space. No meditation experience is needed. Participants are welcome to sit, lie down, keep their eyes open or closed, and opt out of any practice at any time.

This is a low-pressure community wellness offering, not therapy or medical treatment. Please bring comfortable clothing, water, and anything that helps you feel grounded.

Format, 60 minutes:
5 min — Welcome and consent/comfort guidelines
10 min — Gentle grounding breath
20 min — Guided body scan
10 min — Quiet journaling or reflection
10 min — Optional group share
5 min — Closing
