The singers of the Denver Gay Men's Chorus are putting on their elf shoes for North Pole BriGAYde, the first concert of its 43rd season. In their annual holiday concert, see what holiday queer means in a story of love, acceptance, and holiday cheer!
North Pole BriGAYde will be performed December 5-8 at Central Presbyterian Church in Denver, Friday, December 13 at Unity of Boulder, and Sunday, December 15 at St. Andrew United Methodist in Highlands Ranch.
This season, entitled A Mile in Our Shoes, DGMC will take audiences on a mellifluous hike that explores the varied course trekked.
"Shoes hold significant cultural and identifiable ties in our society," said Johnny Nichols Jr. "Throughout the LGBTQIA+ experience—especially in recent times—shoes have become a powerful symbol of self-expression and affirmation that reflect the diverse paths we tread."
Tickets range from $18-$38, including all fees. Visit https://denverchoruses.org/north-pole-brigayde/ for more details.
