LGBTQ Health History: Trans Youth, HIV, and Psychology - This lecture will focus on the history of LGBTQ people in three main vignettes - trans youth in healthcare, HIV, and psychology. It will cover a range of sources with a focus on the colonial intersections in history, the HIV virus, the voices of transgender youth in gender affirming care, and the disparities of psychology for LGBTQ people. (c. 1880 - 2025).
