Our Services

Our Comprehensive Approach: RANGE Consulting believes that everyone has a role to play in supporting an organization’s IDEA initiatives. Every employee, not just leaders, are integral in creating inclusive cultures. Our engaging and judgement-free approach empowers employees by providing practical tools, techniques and strategies to create environments where everyone can thrive. The following list includes topics that we can facilitate. In addition to these topics, we may be able to develop content to meet your organization’s unique needs.

We can conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s culture, policies and procedures, benefits, and marketing to determine how inclusive they are to supporting an LGBTQ+ workforce and clientele. RANGE requires access to staff within all levels of the organization to conduct meetings, interviews, and surveys. We will provide a preliminary timeline for the project and at the conclusion of the project, provide a summary analysis with reporting and recommendations.

When employees transition gender at work, entire teams and organizations transition with them. Research shows that transgender employees who are able to successfully transition while on-the-job experience higher job satisfaction, as well as improved mental health and life satisfaction. Is your organization prepared to assist employees in gender transitions at work? While every transition will be unique, a formal Transition Plan & Guidelines enables HR, management, and the transitioning employee to successfully navigate the transition in a way that demonstrates support for transgender employees and helps to minimize common problems and pitfalls. This training will assist your organization in developing and implementing Gender Transition plans and policies, address common best practices, and provide document templates for your use. If your organization has already implemented transition related policies and procedures, RANGE offers a trained and licensed attorney to conduct a legal review of your current policies and provide suggestions for improvement and compliance.

“Fantastic. I have already recommended to others. I didn’t expect to learn much since I had attended many trainings for the same topic but much of it was new (to me) and delivered in interesting and welcoming ways. Everyone felt comfortable participating.”

“The training was the most informative, all inclusive, and welcoming/nonjudgmental I've ever been a part of. It was outstanding.
