The Liberation Coalition is a non hierarchical collective of mental health professionals. We ground ourselves in a foundation of mutual trust and the desire to transcend old systems with inherent power inequities. We identify as a coalition because we seek action, both personally and politically.

At the Liberation Coalition, we believe that mental health is inherently political. We put our efforts towards disrupting systems of oppression both individually and systemically. The Liberation Coalition is committed to this in our healing practices which are informed by antiracist, anticapitalist, and queer affirming frameworks. This approach allows us to focus on expansion, transformation, and acceptance within our communities.
