Therapy for anxiety and people-pleasing in women and LGBTQ+ people ages 18-30. Current availability.

I work with young women and queer people who are perfectionistic and hard on themselves. You set goals for yourself that aren’t reachable, and you feel like you’re failing, though from the outside it may look like you have it together. You know that the patterns in your life aren’t working, yet it’s hard to identify what to change and make those changes on your own. It’s a big step to even recognize that you might benefit from therapy.

My own mental health journey through anxiety and people-pleasing—and my experience in therapy—led me to specialize in supporting others who feel stuck, hard on themselves, and anxious. My style is compassionate and warm, with a focus on addressing the issues bringing you into therapy. I recognize it takes time to develop trust with me before diving into the deeper issues.

I am a queer, white, cis, straight-size woman and love to support fellow LGBTQ+ folks.
