Life is stressful as hell sometimes. There's work, family, relationships, climate change, and terribly long customer support chats with bots that make you want to throw your phone out the window. I get it. If you’re feeling burnt out, haunted by past relationships, or just unsure of how to show up for your partner or for yourself, then you’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Lindsay, a queer therapist, and I’m passionate about supporting folks in the LGBTQ+ community. Together, we'll work to help you find the clarity you need in your life to make decisions and heal from the past. I am EMDR trained with extensive experience supporting folks with trauma. In sessions with me, you'll find that I lean heavily on Internal Family Systems to explore the different sides and layers of you while building your confidence to navigate life's challenges and make important decisions.

For couples and partners, I'm here to support you in your relationship, for improved communication skills, connection, and understanding. Sometimes past traumas or current stressful situations with family, work, or society, impact the relationship in big ways. Together in sessions, using Emotionally Focused Therapy tools, I will help you and your partner practice skills for effective listening rooted in compassion, understanding, and connection. From this work, you'll learn invaluable communications skills you can rely on.

Finding a therapist is hard. Finding a queer therapist, someone you don't have to explain yourself to, is even harder. I get that, and I see you. I’m glad you’re here. Message me today to get started on your journey toward healing.
