I came out when I was 19 in 1980. In 1985 I began my LGBTQ, HIV/AIDS support work leading a buddy team at GMHC in NYC. I was also involved in the activist group, Act Up. In the early 1990s, I led workshops with AIDS, Medicine and Miracles and support groups at AIDS projects in CA, CO and MO. Many of my clients are healing from sexual abuse, trauma, coming out and intimacy issues. I earned a MA in Somatic Psychology and utilize innovations that we store unresolved emotions and traumas not only in our minds, but in our bodies.
My work teaches you approaches that support a deeper relationship with self and Source; learning to feel safe enough to feel your feelings and by experiencing them fully, moving into deeper states of self-compassion, creativity, authentic power, essential truth and in accessing your unique purpose.
