Living authentically is a profound act of courage in a world that might not always understand or embrace us, especially now, as the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals are increasingly scrutinized. As a queer person who has navigated the challenges of evangelicalism, my passion lies in supporting our community. I aim to offer a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your identity, feelings, and experiences without fear. My areas of specialization include navigating issues of sex and sexuality, spirituality (with a focus on deconstructing faith and healing from religious trauma), body image, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and the journey toward integrating all facets of your identity.
Approaching therapy is a significant, yet daunting, step. It represents an act of self-care and personal growth. Your journey of self-discovery and healing is deeply personal, and it’s a path you don't have to walk alone. Your story is valuable, and I am here to provide support, empathy, and empowerment as you move toward a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
Reaching out for help is the first step on this transformative path. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your experiences to find clarity, peace, and joy. Your narrative deserves to be heard—I am here to listen, support, and encourage you every step of the way. Let’s begin this journey of transformation together. Reach out today.
