I support/affirm adults & youth as they navigate their unique gender journey. This includes providing support letters when necessary to begin or continue a medical transition.

Finding an affirming therapist can be a complex process. For many of us, living as our authentic selves can be challenging. Sometimes there are multiple barriers & difficult decisions ahead. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether gender identity or sexuality is a focus of treatment or you're dealing with other unrelated things, a therapist with a solid knowledge base & understanding of your needs & background is crucial. Many clients work with me because of my expertise & 10+ years of experience, or because they prefer working with a therapist who has first-hand knowledge of trans/queer identities. Whatever it is that brought you here, I can help you sort things through, meet your unique goals, and improve your relationship with yourself and others. Parents and youth often come to therapy together. However, you can attend therapy individually, with a partner(s), or family.
