About Range
Range Education is a program of The Center on Colfax, providing a range of comprehensive training and consulting services on IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility) strategies, with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ best practices within the private, nonprofit, and government sectors throughout Colorado and beyond. In addition to these services, Range Education also offers the Range Business Partner program and the Range LGBTQ+ Job Fair. LGBTQ+ employees deserve to bring their whole, authentic selves to work and to be respected and valued for their contributions. Our objective is to advance LGBTQ+ equity in all spaces.
Participation in the Range Business Partner Program can help your organization achieve many items on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index Criteria such as: Internal Education and Training Best Practices, LGBTQ+ Data Collection, Transgender Inclusion Best Practices and Efforts in Outreach and Engagement to Broader LGBTQ+ Community.
