On April 19 and 20, the Denver Women’s Chorus presents Storytellers, a concert that explores what happens when communities come together to share their stories.
In this powerful show, we join with professional treble ensemble mirabai and guest conductor Sandra Snow, and Voces Valiosas, a treble chorus from the Denver School of The Arts, as we focus on connecting and sharing stories across our communities! Hear powerful music from a variety of genres and exploring the intersections of music, narrative, identity, and voice through pieces by The Chicks, Laura Mvula, Joan Szymko, Alicia Keys, Brandi Carlile, and a world premier of a new work by folk artist and choral composer Moira Smiley.
