It can feel challenging to find a comfortable fit for a therapist or counselor when you identify as LGBTQ+. Because of this, my work with those who identify within the community aims to provide safety, respect, and gentle exploration around your unique experiences. Gender and Sexuality Identity are important aspects to who you are and your past/present/future experiences and at the same time, I acknowledge they’re not the full story of who you are. Together we can get curious about the breadth and depth of your life story while affirming and empowering your identities.

In a world where it takes courage to show up authentically, I am work to create a welcoming space which conveys the message: you belong.

My work and experiences with the LGBTQ+ community include:

Coming Out

Sexuality Exploration

Non-Binary Gender Identity Exploration

LGBTQ+ Family Therapy

Couples Therapy

Parenting Support

Experiences of Marginalization

and more.
