Helping you find the value in every small step forward on the path towards fulfilling your goals, Empowered Minds is an all inclusive practice that specializes in providing an open minded and non judgmental space for adults with services focused on strength based goal setting, mindfulness, and self-empowerment. Coping with life changes, day to day stress, a loss of motivation, or a lack of confidence in your voice can lead to hopelessness, anxiety, and depression. If you are experiencing these effects, there are ways I can assist you on your journey of rediscovering self love and contentment in your most authentic self.

As a provider who is a part of the LGBTQ community I recognize the needs and barriers that are present as well as the necessity for more accessible mental health services. As a telehealth provider I remove the barrier of transportation so that sessions can occur in the comfort and privacy of your residence or a designated safe space. I strive to work with each person as they feel best suits them and I bring a strength based, goal oriented approach to each and every session.

Empowered Minds aims to assist you with:
* Discovering your best self with empowerment and positivity
* Determining and living according to your strengths in order to promote meaningful growth and change
* Being present and non-judgmental with your thoughts and feelings so you can be more aware of yourself
* Finding the value in every small step forward on your path to fulfilling goals
* Recognizing that your stories make you who you are and that with vulnerability comes inspiration and appreciation
