At Community Reach Center, we believe that recovery from mental health challenges is possible through treatment. Our treatment philosophy focuses on your strength and resilience in order to achieve your best level of functioning. We believe in consumer voice, choice and access. Clients direct treatment and should be actively involved in all aspects of their treatment experience. Our approach is to treat the whole person by attending to the health and wellness of individuals and by engaging natural supports.We aim to provide the right treatment
at the right time. We offer a range of services designed to meet your needs. After a thorough assessment, and in conversation with you, a plan is developed to meet your specific needs. If we do not have the specific services needed, we work with you to help find the resources to meet your needs.
