You don’t have to figure it out alone! I'm a queer-identified trans man, and I love working with adults and teens of all identities.
I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, gender and sexuality issues, adolescents, trauma, communication skills, and anger and conflict. I take a strengths-based, anti-racist and anti-oppression approach, and utilize mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and more in my work with clients.
