SUMMARY:Older\, Wiser\, Sexually Smarter - Rediscovering Intimacy Later in Life
DESCRIPTION:Older\, Wiser\, Sexually Smarter - Rediscovering Intimacy Later in Life\nThis weekly discussion group is facilitated by a West of 50 staff member and focuses on dismantling sexual misconceptions and introducing evidence-based topics to help older adults engage in their best sex-positive-selves. The group operates based on important and fundamental concepts about sexuality and ages. Older adults can examine and possibly change the “sexual scripts” they have learned from childhood about to think and behave as sexual people. Many of these scripts are not relevant for older adults. Additionally\, sex is more than intercourse. Especially in the later years\, individuals can to explore the possibilities of non-penetrative sex\, or “outercourse”. \nWe cover topics such as \n\nSexual decisions later in life\nGood Sex: What Makes it So\nLooking for Love Later in Life\nSafer Sex Activities for Older Adults\nFrom Problems to Possibilities: Sexuality\, Aging\, Disability\, & Chronic Illness\nBottoming\nNipple play\nBondage & Discipline\nDominance & Submission\nSex History\nOral Sex\nAnd so much more!\n\nWhen: Every Other Tuesday\, 2:00 - 3:30 PM \nWhere: Stonewall Meeting Room at The Center on Colfax - 1301 East Colfax Ave\, Denver\, CO 80218 \nContact Information: Please contact Bryant Mehay at bmehay@lgbtqcolorado.org

SUMMARY:One Heart\, Many Connections: Ethical Relating with Multiple Partners
DESCRIPTION:Overcoming Sexual Anxiety: Poly Edition is a transformative class created specifically for people navigating the unique challenges of sexual anxiety within polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous relationships. SUMMARY:In-Person: Mapping Yo Squad Learn More
DESCRIPTION:Join Goddess of Sun Seed Community\, for a nourishing session on how to practice resourcing that directly intervenes in oppressive systems and beliefs. In this 5-part guided meditation and journal time you'll be invited to look at 4-parts of yourself (The Maintenance Keeper\, The Guardian\, and The Lover). We'll then reflect individually on how these major archetypes can help us to understand how we can show up for ourselves\, ask for help from our community\, and resource tools we already have during times of deep grief and transition. A paper workbook will be provided. This session is inspired by the Zine "We Need Emotional Labor" by Jennifer Williams\, the guided meditation "Let Go\, Love\, Forgive" by Lorraine Segal\, and the legacy of creating Emotional Safety Plans by queer\, trans\, intersex\, disabled and Mad folx.
