Whether your anxiety stems from sensory sensitivities\, past experiences\, a fear of the unknown\, or social communication challenges\, this class creates a low-pressure space where you’re not expected to perform\, disclose\, or conform. We'll talk through common triggers and blocks\, and work together to identify tools and strategies for navigating sexual situations with more clarity and self-compassion. \nThis class focuses on education\, empowerment\, and practical guidance. Through discussion\, exercises\, and optional self-reflection prompts\, we’ll explore topics like consent and pacing\, understanding your arousal and nervous system\, and how to communicate your needs. We’ll also touch on how masking and autistic burnout can impact your relationship with sexuality\, and ways to approach sex that feel aligned with who you are—not who the world expects you to be. \nThere is no nudity\, sexual touch\, or roleplay in this class. All participation is optional\, and you're welcome to just listen. Whether you're partnered or solo\, curious or cautious\, this class aims to help you find more peace and possibility in your sexual life—on your own terms.
